______________
M. Night Shyamalan – a story-writer / director I really admire. More often than not, his stories end with a mind – blowing twist or a realization that hits you right in your face. Most people often mistake his movies as cheap horror flicks as they either lack the patience to finish his movies or they simple don’t understand what they’re watching for the past 120 min or so. For example, I used to think that ‘Signs’ is a cheap Alien Intrusion horror flick. But having watched it the 2nd time last week, I was blown away by the simple yet powerful message he is trying to convey; that life is not about luck, but very much about signs and wonders by a higher being above.
